Trust and Estate Administration
A plan is no good unless it is put into place. Central to carrying out our clients’ intentions is the special care and attention we devote attending to the tax consequences of distributions by an estate to a testamentary trust established under the decedent's will or to a lifetime (inter vivos) trust set up by the decedent before his or her death.
Private Trustee
Clients sometimes have special needs family members or unique assets like a family homestead or compound that require someone to be permanently “on duty” to ensure that the individual is properly cared for or that the asset is preserved for future generations. Our well-established expertise and unique problem solving skills are well suited to help clients with these types of circumstances.
